Andrea Fiore is a seasoned civil litigator with more than 15 years of experience, currently focused on representing victims of catastrophic wildfires throughout California. She is deeply committed to helping individuals and communities recover from devastating losses by holding utilities and other responsible entities accountable. Andrea’s work is driven by a passion for justice and a belief that wildfire survivors deserve powerful legal advocates to stand by their side in the fight for recovery.

Her extensive background includes national mass tort litigation, most notably her work on the multi-district opioid litigation, which secured billions of dollars in settlements for cities, counties, and states impacted by the opioid crisis. This experience honed her skills in high-stakes, complex litigation and deepened her resolve to seek justice for communities harmed by corporate negligence.

Earlier in her career, Andrea represented employees in discrimination and wrongful termination cases. Her client-first approach, refined through years of advocacy in both individual and class-action contexts, has led to successful outcomes through mediation, arbitration, settlement, and trial.

Andrea earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University and her J.D. from California Western School of Law, where she was involved in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Women’s Law Caucus. She is also committed to expanding access to justice, volunteering her time with the ACLU’s expungement clinics and the Clemency Project.
